WIP the Wishbone Girls

Hello sweet things. As some of you might know I have a personal project I’ve been sketching/working on called “The Wishbone Series”. Yesterday I managed to get some nice inkwork done (using intense indian ink and a steel nib pen on smooth canson paper) and today I am enjoying the coloring of the girls. This I will do digitally since I want to print it anyway, and because I’d need a copy-machine to resize the artwork and then color it without smudging the paper (and it’s not always easy). I am hoping to print this Size A3 as part of some gallerywork, but nice ideas means hard work and polishing. I hate when good ideas turn to crap because you stress it. No more of that stuff, thankyouverymuch. So anyway, here is a sneak preview, I hope you enjoy… next one is about UNICORNS! That’s right! Unicorns! And castles! And mail! Romantic themes! Meet Mother of Black Pearl for now. Kisses on both your cheeks!

Here is another sneak preview of a WIP, I just finished Mother of Black Pearl but decided to post the trio of images once they are all done instead of one by one. Ooo I’m so addicted to my Wishbone girls. I’ve been working on chocolate labels all day but now I’m done and ready to get started on my gallery work… A more elaborate chapter will come soon called “The Wishbone Series” where you will know what it’s really about.
